About the 2012 Online Bible

The Online Bible is a powerful, comprehensive Bible study tool. Multiple Bible translations, commentaries and more, aid you in the study of the scriptures. Unicode support has been added allowing many foreign languages to be displayed.

Greek is accented, the Hebrew has vowel points and the software now gives full support of non Roman fonts such as those used in Chinese, Korean, Russian and Arabic. There are now approximately 3500 of Charles Spurgeon's sermons included, these have been revised and updated for accuracy and readability.
The Online Bible software is designed to run on Windows 7 and following, but is backward compatible with XP and Vista. If you have a pre Version 3.0, and are upgrading your computer, we strongly recommend that you upgrade to the most recent Version of the Online Bible on DVD. If you are a Mac user the Online Bible will load under Snow Leopard (10.6) or Lion (10.7)

The DVD contains more than 30 English Bible versions including the Authorised Version, English Standard Version, New King James Version, Revised Standard Version, The Message, The Holman Christian Standard Version, God's Word to the Nations and Philips New Testament, that are ready to use.  
In addition to all  the material that is ready to use on the DVD there are several versions that require royalty payment to unlock, noteably NIV, NAS, NRSV, NLT, and the Amplified Bible.  The Alexander Scourby narration of the King James Version (Windows only) is included on the DVD but requires a royalty payment to unlock.

Also included are 10 ancient language texts (Greek, Hebrew, Latin and Syriac), 3 sets of Greek and Hebrew Lexicons, 20 Dictionaries, 45 commentaries and more than 300 Devotional, Theological, Historical and Creationist books and a set of Bible maps. The DVD also contains material in 35 other languages.  More than 400 Books, Bible versions, Commentaries,  Maps and Lexicons are included.

All  new releases of the Online Bible programming will give you the ability to copy the Online Bible for Pocket PC program as well as the Authorised Version (KJV) Bible, Easton's Dictionary, TSK, Greek and Hebrew Lexicons. This includes all the basic material required to give you a very useable Bible study program on your Pocket PC at no cost.
The Online Bible has special links for use with the Audio Bible and has been designed to function with leading screen readers for the visually impaired.
